The ICC is currently proposing an innovative early intervention program for children, parents and caregivers at family daycare centers operated by local municipalities. While many child development programs are available for older children within more formal educational settings, this proposed program focuses on the home, also called family, daycare centers in underserved neighborhoods in Haifa as caregivers in home-based settings frequently lack the training for early identification and intervention.
