The Laboratory of Genetics and Epigenetics of Aging and Longevity, under the direction of Dr. Gil Atzmon, is breaking new ground in understanding age-related disease. By studying the role of epigenetics in disease, aging and longevity, Dr. Atzmon seeks to gain deeper understanding of the entire genome sequence to assess the risk for age-related diseases, advancing our understanding of the aging processes.
